With an ever-changing landscape with increased complexity and challenge it has never been more important to ensure that your leaders know exactly what is expected of them.

With our forward thinking and research led ‘future of leadership’ model, we know what is needed of leaders now and in the future. Through this experience, coupled with in-depth research of client context, we can develop bespoke leadership and talent frameworks for our clients that help to identify successors and develop leaders for their future success.

What do we do?

Aligned to your strategies, values or behaviours, our team of occupational psychologists and leadership development specialists work to identify the most critical behaviours your leaders need to successfully lead now and in the future, designing a framework to use across the organisation.

To create a framework to support your future talent requirements we typically:

  1. Take time to understand your context through desktop research to understand your values, purpose and strategic direction alongside the roles in your organisation, your current talent pipelines and what you are striving for in the future.
  2. Conduct interviews and focus groups with key stakeholders to bring to life what leaders of today do, the opportunities and challenges they are facing and therefore what is needed of leaders in the future. Involving key stakeholders in the design of the model is a critical step that ensures they feel ownership for the framework therefore increasing buy-in.
  3. Develop a wireframe using the themes and outputs from the research phases coupled with our expertise, this forms the foundations for your custom framework. We present this to you for review and refinement.
  4. Build out the framework ensuring it is easy to understand, so that it can easily be embedded into talent and leadership management solutions across the organisation.
  5. Finally, we support with embedding activities, such as launch roadshows to celebrate and communicate the new model, masterclasses to ensure understanding, handbooks to understand how it can be used day-to-day, and development assessments so that people can understand their current level of capability against the requirements.

Why does it work?

The powerful combination of us ensuring we get to know you and your context, coupled with our in-depth ‘future of leadership’ research, enables us to develop a model that is not only in your language and bespoke to your organisation and context but is also outward looking taking learning and best practice from research and others.
