Victoria has been part of the Leeds Plot Team since 2019, when she joined Gateley after completing her LLB Honours and LLM in Legal Practice. Victoria joined Gateley as a legal assistant but has since progressed to become a plot conveyancer.

Victoria has experience acting for a range of national housebuilders, dealing with their plot sales from reservation to completion.

Victoria has gained experience dealing with volume sales, working collaboratively with her client to ensure her client’s targets and expectations are met and exceeded.

Victoria has made longstanding relationships with her client, who have continued to bring their new developments in her division to Gateley Legal.

How do you help clients?

1. I understand the significance of my client’s targets and the importance of meeting and exceeding the same.
2. I deal with a high volume of plot sales each month for my client.
3. I work closely with other teams within the Residential Development Unit to ensure my client’s deadlines are met.
