Advising the management shareholders of Peppermint Technology Holdings Limited on the sale of the company to Workshare Limited.
Advising Connection Capital and management on the sale of 23.5 Degrees Topco Limited to Starbucks Corporation.
Advising the shareholders of Jacopa Limited on the sale of the company to a Newco backed by Rubicon Partners.
Advising Connection Capital on their investments into Winder Power Holdings Limited, Hood Group Limited and Jermyn Street Design Limited.
Advising Cargostore Limited on its acquisitions of Environstore Limited and Reftrade Limited.

Victoria was part of the team that won ‘Small Cap (up to £15m)’ deal of the year at the West Midlands Rainmaker Awards 2023.
