Thomas has worked in many different sectors such as residential, industrial, and commercial. Working on a wide variety of projects from golf driving range units, agricultural buildings, assist living homes, to apartment buildings.

Thomas works on all RIBA stages from conception to completion, producing surveys, sketches, planning, and construction drawings and working with external consultants throughout the project.

Thomas produces high quality drawings, documents, and sources any external items that may be required for both Planning applications, and Building Regulation approval.

Thomas works well within a team and as a guide to junior members of the team. He is always approachable and willing to offer help and advice.

How do you help clients?

I help clients by being clear and concise with my communication and expectations. Producing high quality architectural drawings which can be understood and read by everyone involved with the project.

I update our clients at key stages and keep them informed of any issues or changes that occur, accompanied by solutions or options to problems.
