2. Acting for Pertemps Network Group on its acquisition of Parity Professionals Limited, a subsidiary of Parity Group PLC.
3. Acting for a PE firm on its investment in a group of companies involved in the restaurant and retail business.
4. Assisting UK and offshore investors in their investment in Cambridge through loan notes.
5. Assisting in the management buy-out of a manufacturer of work wear.
