Sunil brings significant experience of accelerating profitable growth in legal and professional services from his executive career. Sunil was until recently a partner for 12 years at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee. Before that, he spent 15 years as a partner at Stephenson Harwood LLP and for six of those years he was Chief Executive. During his tenure the firm’s revenues more than doubled and it became one of the most profitable mid-sized law firms in the City, being awarded “Law Firm of the Year” at the British Legal Awards.
Skills brought to the Board
Sunil has chaired the Asian Business Association of the London Chamber of Commerce and has also served on the board of the Advertising Standards Authority.
