Sultana is an associate within Gateley’s national part exchange team, she represents and advises 18 of the top 20 UK housebuilders on part exchange property acquisitions and disposals. Sultana advises clients on potential risks associated with the acquisition of the part exchange property and how these risks could have an impact on the housebuilders ability to resell.
Sultana has over 10 years’ experience in conveyancing and residential development and advises housebuilder clients on registered and unregistered Freehold and Leasehold acquisitions.
