Saumya joined Kiddy & Partners in July 2023 she has a master’s degree in industrial and organisational psychology. She facilitates effective communication and customer relationship management, contributing to exceptional project coordination. She has managed successful delivery of several client projects relating to various industries.

Prior to joining Kiddy, she was a Research Associate at the Cornell Partnership, was the president for the Mental Health Society at Delhi University and completed an internship at the Karma Centre for Counselling and Wellbeing.

Experience

1. Supporting delivery of a large scale global Executive Development Program, of over 170 participants, for a large FMCG client.
2. Facilitated various Development Centres for defence clients in the UK.
3. Providing great customer experience, smooth delivery of various programmes, supporting the team to improve processes, ensure consistency.
4. Managing various small-scale projects and ensuring their functioning for Siemen’s Mobility 360-feedback, and 1:1 coaching for Greater London Authority.
5. Overseeing the delivery of selection assessments for an international manufacturing firm, ensuring first class participant experience.
