Ryan is a senior member of the corporate team in London. Ryan’s practice is focused on mid-market private equity, growth capital and corporate transactions including buyouts, corporate M&A and equity and debt fundraisings.

Ryan’s clients include private equity and venture capital fund managers and investors, corporates, founders, management teams and family offices with a particular focus on private equity.

Ryan also has experience advising both investors and investment managers on the formation of, and investment into, private fund structures, co-investments and deal-by-deal arrangements.

1. Advising the management team of Chambers and Partners on their reinvestment into the business as part of Inflexion’s +GBP400m exit to Abry Partners
2. Advising Rutland on the sale of JSM to TowerBrook Capital Partners
3. Acting for the management team of SER Group on their reinvestment into the business as part of Carlyle’s exit to TA Associates
4. Acting for Graphite Capital on its acquisition of Independence Products and implementation of a management incentive plan
5. Advising Gallagher, the global insurance broker, on the sale of its Buck share plan administration business to JTC
