Mike is a construction professional with extensive commercial management experience. He has a wide range of contracting and client experience working for regional and national tier 1 contractors and a major convenience retail store.
Mike has a track record within both traditional and design and build sectors, including managing business budgets, driving project profit margins, management of risks and opportunities and delivering cost management from procurement to final account settlement of sub-contract and client final accounts.
Mike is also a chair and assessor for the RICS assessment of professional competence interviews.
