Michael is a building surveyor with over 18 years of experience within the construction industry primarily focussing on works in the insurance sector. He has worked with multiple clients including Aviva, NFU and LV.
Michael’s roles include providing technical reports to clients to establish the cause of a property defect or peril and provide recommendations for repair, undertaking VAR assessments of properties for insurers, contract administration including compiling schedule’s of works, gathering and reviewing of CDM information and carrying out the tendering process for the client.
