Lisa is a qualified business psychologist and experienced leadership consultant. She has worked across the higher education sector (universities), councils, housing associations and charities. Her private sector clients range from FTSE100 clients, Nasdaq and AIM-listed companies.

Her expertise lies in psychometric testing (personality and ability), succession planning programmes, culture transformation, individual and team development.

Prior to retraining to become a business psychologist and gaining entry to the British Psychological Society in 2018, Lisa worked in-house at a retail bank and for various PR agencies as a communications specialist (PR agent, copywriter and journalist) focussing on the business and financial sectors.

How do you help clients?

I help by truly understanding what the clients’ needs are, the compelling reason why they want to undertake the leadership development work and then designing a bespoke programme that fully meets their needs.

I work with each client to help them to understand themselves at an individual and team level to meet their ambitions.

I advise clients on how they can move from their current culture towards their ideal state.
