1. Acting for a developer in a conditional purchase of development land for wholly affordable housing together with the back-to-back onward sale to a registered provider
2. Acting for a developer in a strategic promotion agreement for residential, care and retail use
3. Acting for a housebuilder in the unconditional acquisition of a site for over 60 units and subsequently dealing with the section 106 agreement, infrastructure agreements, estate set up and overseeing the plot sales
4. Acting for a developer in option agreements for the residential development of two apartment blocks with multiple landowners involved
5. Acting for a joint venture company in an option agreement for a residential scheme involving multiple landowners
