I help clients achieve their organisational goals by focusing on behavioural change – one step at a time. Whether it’s fostering a culture of belonging or enhancing inclusive leadership behaviours, I design and deliver programmes that lead to measurable improvements.

  1. Leading the design and delivery of Mitie’s ‘Count Me In’ diversity and inclusion programme, which won awards for Best Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Programme and Best Learning Programme, and was featured in the Top Employers Institute’s Best Practice Report 2022.
  2. Designing and implementing the ‘Fit for the Future’ programme for London Underground, which garnered 11 industry awards, including those from Training Journal, Business Culture, and HR Excellence.
  3. Creating and delivering the international ‘Leading Nuclear’ programme, supporting leaders in transitioning from operational experts to industry spokespeople – going onto win the Best International Learning Initiative at the Business Training Awards 2022
