Katie advises companies, directors, banks and lenders, insolvency practitioners and other restructuring and turnaround professionals on a variety of matters relating to financial stress and distress. This includes formal insolvency appointments, restructuring, the duties of directors and disposals and acquisitions of businesses and assets out of administration.

Katie is a member of R3 and The Turnaround Management Association (TMA).

1. Advising and actively pursuing claims on behalf of the liquidators of a company in relation to a tax avoidance scheme.
2. Advising the board of directors of a company in the aviation sector on their duties as directors.
3. Advising on the administration and pre-packaged sale of the business and assets of a company in the crate rental market.
4. Advising and actively pursuing claims on behalf of the liquidators of a company in relation to an unpaid director’s loan account.
