Jennifer specialises in residential development and acts for national housebuilders and developers on a wide range of transactions and also has experience of acting for landowners.
She is experienced in dealing with land acquisitions by way of conditional and unconditional contracts, option and overage agreements and assists with strategic land acquisitions. Jennifer has experience of acting for promoters and dealing with the disposal of land to registered providers. She has also acted for registered providers on the acquisition of land, site set up and sale of shared ownership and leasehold plots.
Jennifer deals with the preparation and negotiation of ancillary documents required during the course of a transaction including legal charges, licences and deeds of grant. She has experience of and undertakes commercial and residential leasehold transactions together with drafting associated agreements and side documents.
