Fraser is a subsidence specialist, building defect analysis specialist and residential surveying manager, understanding client requirements and identifying services to suit needs. He has experience in all disciplines of surveying – acquisition surveys, design and contract administration, defect analysis, condition surveys, party wall, report writing and refurbishment assessments.

I help clients identify bespoke solutions to suit their needs, particularly when it comes to building defects such as subsidence or damp.

I help advise commercial clients on their liability and how to minimise risk with cost benefit analysis and investigative work.
