Emma deals with a large range of commercial property matters including real estate finance, real estate development and landlord and tenant work.

Emma also has particular experience assisting both code and non-code operators and landowners in the negotiation and completion of wayleave agreements and telecommunication leases.

Experience

1. Acting on behalf of a major telecommunications provider in a high-volume lease renewal project across the country and liaising with one of the consultancy businesses within the wider Gateley business in order to achieve this.
2. Acting on behalf of a small-scale developer in relation to a site in East Yorkshire.
3. Acting on behalf of a number of different lending institutions in the funding of both property refinance and acquisitions.
4. Working alongside different departments of Gateley to complete large corporate acquisitions and disposals.
5. Advising an electric vehicle charge point installer on the negotiation of options and leases for installations at various different sites, including hotels, golf clubs and restaurants.
