Dilan deals with a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including investment acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and real estate financing. She advises clients on site due diligence, sale and purchase contracts, lease documents and general estate management.

Dilan joined Gateley Legal in May 2017 and works with the real estate team in London.

Experience

1. Assisting a trust company with the real estate aspects of a tax restructuring.
2. Advising a care home developer on the sale of a site.
3. Advising an electric vehicle charge point installer on negotiation of options and leases for installations at various sites, including hotels, golf clubs and restaurants.
4. Acting for an investor on the refinance of a property portfolio containing a mixture of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties with a loan value of over £17m.
5. Acting for a satellite technology company in relation to an office lease renewal and licence for alterations.
