Darryl is a corporate lawyer who is dual qualified in England & Wales and Singapore.

His practice spans across corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, along with general corporate advisory work. He has advised clients in the financial services, mining, healthcare, real estate, food and beverage, consumer, construction and logistics sectors on complex cross-border transactions in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, China, Australia, Europe and the United Kingdom.

How do you help clients?

I have acted for clients on initial public offerings on the London Stock Exchange, Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) and Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, as well as fundraises for issuers on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market, AIM and SGX-ST.

I have also advised clients on their mergers and acquisitions, investments, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.

Experience

1. Advising Investment Evolution Credit PLC, a fintech company operating in the financial services sector and specialising in online consumer loans, in relation to its admission to the Access Segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market.
2. Advising AIM-listed oil and gas company Zephyr Energy PLC in relation to its £3.15m equity fundraising.
3. Acting for AIM-listed metals exploration company Power Metals Resources PLC in relation to the establishment of a joint venture relating to a portfolio of uranium assets with UCAM Limited.
4. Acting for a Gibraltar-based entity, whose business is to acquire investment management and advisory firms on its cross border transactions to acquire foreign targets in Singapore, Seychelles, Switzerland and Malta.
5. Acting for a conglomerate offering executive mentoring and development services in relation to its collaboration with a regional partner to establish and operate mentoring services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council.
