Chloe is a solicitor in our residential development team, based in our Reading office and dealing with land acquisitions. Prior to joining the team, Chloe gained several years’ experience in both residential conveyancing and later general commercial property at a regional law firm.

- Assisting senior fee earners acting for a regional Housing Association on the acquisition of over £4m worth of plots on both a Golden Brick and Turnkey basis.
- Advising regional healthcare organisation on the acquisition of several new leasehold sites.
- Assisting senior fee earners acting for SSAS and SIPP pension schemes in the acquisition and disposal of freehold properties.
- Advising a toy retailer on the acquisition of several new sites as part of their national expansion.
