Callan is an experienced Senior Building Surveyor with over 9 years of surveying and project management. His career started at Crawford & Co Loss Adjusters managing complex subsidence projects. More recently he has had experience at AXA Insurance dealing with large loss commercial and domestic claims and then joined Gateley Smithers Purslow to strengthen the newly formed Milton Keynes office providing traditional building surveying and project management duties for a range of commercial and domestic clients.

3. Design and contract administration of a subsidence reinstatement project to a large, detached property for a high net worth client in south east London with a contract value of £184,000.
4. Providing professional consultancy advice to a high net worth Insurer in relation to a £1m flood claim in St Johns Wood, duties included examining proposed repairs and recommending value engineering alternatives to reinstatement works.
5. Providing professional advice to a freeholder and their solicitor for a licence to alter application submitted by a leaseholder for a property in north London, duties included examination of proposed loft conversion, lease review, statutory compliance, structural assessment, party wall applications, insurances, and environmental considerations.
