Andrew is a chartered building surveyor providing building consultancy services for a range of commercial, public sector and domestic clients.
Andrew has undertaken a wide variety of professional building surveying work involving many building surveying disciplines, varying building types and within most sectors. Currently, Andrew is predominantly providing advice in relation to expert witness, party wall matters, dilapidations, defect analysis, building disputes and boundary issues. Andrew is regularly appointed as a joint expert involved in the preparation of expert witness reports in accordance with CPR35 covering construction and building disputes and housing disrepair disputes under s.11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
Andrew has significant experience in development monitoring, building surveys, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of commercial premises including the design, specification and contract administration of a variety of construction related or refurbishment projects.
