Alex provides a range of typical building and project management consultancy services to a variety of clients across various sectors and has successfully delivered a mixture of refurbishment and new build schemes where Gateley Smithers Purslow have been Principal Designer. Project values range from £50k to £5m.

Delivering a selection of other professional consultancy roles, these includes pre-acquisition surveys; asset management plans; schedules of condition; planned preventative maintenance programmes; building reinstatement cost assessments and dilapidations.

As a recognised leader in the business heading up the surveying for the Midlands region to ensure a high level of service is delivered throughout.

I help clients identify problems in a fast-paced environment and provide solutions that are beneficial to all stakeholders, this is particularly important when working across the insurance sector as well as private clients.

I have helped clients review property portfolios and provide strategic advice in managing assets to ensure long term sustainable returns.
