The scheme provides 12 one-bedroom apartments that are available to rent. The scheme will also offer residents private balconies and dedicated parking with electric vehicle charging. The development has been designed to respond to the scale of the adjacent surrounding context and was particularly challenging due to the boundary constraints and an adjacent protected mature tree.
