We are pleased to share that our Manchester-based residential development team has been announced as a finalist in the ‘Law Firm of the Year’ category at Insider Media’s North West Residential Property Awards 2025.
The Residential Property Awards event is one of the key dates within the North West property calendar which champions the region’s successes within the residential sector. The ‘Law Firm of the Year’ category recognises legal teams specialising in residential property deals which have made a real impact during the last 12 months.
Louise Ilhan, partner and head of the Manchester residential development team, said: “We are delighted to be shortlisted for this key regional award. Over the last 12 months, we have invested heavily in recruitment and have had some outstanding talent join to bolster our specialist offering for both regional and national housebuilders and developers. As a result, we have supported the delivery of some big-ticket schemes for the region’s residential sector, including Garden Village developments. Our team is very much looking forward to celebrating with all the other finalists and catching up with some familiar faces at the awards ceremony in the New Year.”
The winners of all 16 categories will be revealed at the sell-out black tie awards dinner taking place on Thursday 23 January 2025 at Manchester Central.
