Colleagues from our Birmingham office recently had the pleasure of meeting with students from the Birmingham Metropolitan College.
Our team hosted a ‘HR for the future’ session, diving into the evolving landscape of human resources, and exploring innovative strategies and technologies that are shaping the future. They covered a range of interesting topics to spark conversation and debate, from AI-driven recruitment, to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, and supporting an intergenerational workforce.
The event provided an opportunity to give back to the community, share knowledge, and inspire the next generation of HR professionals.
