We have been awarded a place on L&Q’s dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to deliver multi-disciplinary services on housing developments in both the North West and South East for the next four years.

L&Q is one of the UK’s leading housing associations, housing over 250,000 people in more than 105,000 homes to support diverse communities.

The DPS will see our teams deliver employer’s agent, quality monitoring, quantity surveying and independent joint venture supervisor services for self-delivered new build projects in Greater Manchester and Greater London.

Bill Ibram, director at Gateley Vinden, said: “We are pleased to have been awarded a place on L&Q’s DPS as an approved supplier to deliver a range of multi-disciplinary services. Once again, we plan to collaborate with our colleagues at Gateley RJA by subcontracting quality monitoring services. This joined-up approach will allow us to support L&Q with the much-needed delivery of affordable housing to help meet the Government’s new housing targets.”
