We are pleased to share that two of our colleagues have been announced as finalists at the Investors in People (IIP) Awards 2024.

Insurance administrator, Darren Iliffe, has been recognised within the ‘Community Employee of the Year’ category and senior quantity surveyor, George Pain, has been shortlisted for the ‘Young Person of the Year’ award.

With a purpose to ‘make work better’, the IIP Awards are an opportunity to champion the hard work and contributions of the individuals and organisations within the IIP community and shine a light on their successes.

Richard Julian, managing director at Gateley RJA, said: “We were delighted to have raised our IIP accreditation status to gold last year, which was an outstanding achievement given we continue to navigate a period of major organisational change alongside rapid growth.

“This success is testament to the brilliant contributions of our people who live and breathe the Gateley purpose of delighting our clients, inspiring our people and supporting our communities. Both Darren and George are exceptional examples of this, and I’m pleased they are being recognised for their efforts both within our team, as well as supporting our charity partnerships and community initiatives. We wish them both the best of luck for the awards night.”

All winners will be announced at the glitzy sell-out awards ceremony on Wednesday 13 November 2024 at Old Billingsgate, London.
