We are delighted to share that our insurance administrator, Darren Iliffe, was awarded the ‘Community Employee of the Year’ accolade at the Investors in People (IIP) Awards 2024.
Held at the Old Billingsgate in London, the glitzy black-tie ceremony saw over 800 guests come together to celebrate the pinnacle of excellence in organisational development and people management.
This year’s IIP awards received more than 300 entries submitted from 200 organisations across 15 countries, with the ‘Community Employee of the Year’ category whittled down to just five finalists.
Senior quantity surveyor, George Pain, was also shortlisted within the ‘Young Person of the Year’ category.
Liza Julian, director of corporate services at Gateley RJA, said: “We are all immensely proud of Darren. As well as delighting our clients, we pride ourselves on inspiring our people and supporting our communities and Darren has been brilliant at supporting our charity partnerships and community initiatives. We achieved gold status of the IIP accreditation last year, and our success is largely down to the outstanding contributions of our people, including Darren and George, who make Gateley RJA such a great place to be.”
