We have been shortlisted for Digital Infrastructure Law Firm of the Year at the Platform Global 2025 Awards.

The awards, which will be held on 8 September in Antibes, recognise the most innovative companies and people in the global digital infrastructure sector, from investors and data centre operators, to those making an impact in sustainability and clean energy.

Partners Amrik Sangha and Richard Pettifor will both attend the ceremony and dinner at the Bastide du Roy this September alongside other investors, owners, enterprises, and technology experts.

“We are pleased to have been shortlisted for this prestigious award, which is testament to the hard work undertaken by our teams in both Dubai and the UK,” Amrik said.

“Our team goes beyond the practical legal and commercial advice required by data centre operators, developers and hyperscalers to provide a full service offering across the entire lifecycle of a data centre project and its operations.

“We are also acutely aware of the issues and innovations driving the sector forwards and will always aim to provide strategic advice that will help our clients to secure profitable and sustainable growth over the long term.

“Gateley Middle East continues to advise clients across the GCC and MENA region, acting on cloud and AI deployments for hyperscalers. This has been instrumental to this nomination.”

This year’s shortlist was chosen by the Platform Global 2025 Awards Council of Peers, an independent panel of judges chaired by Alex Rabbetts.

“The data centre industry is thriving and demonstrating the ability to grow, innovate, deliver, and disrupt,” Alex said. “It’s an extremely vibrant and attractive environment for investors, financiers and AI platforms. The awards evening will celebrate both the rising stars and industry success stories.”
