We are thrilled to share that our national property team has been announced as a finalist for the ‘Law Firm of the Year’ accolade at the Estates Gazette Awards 2025 in recognition of our services to both the residential and commercial property sectors.
Now in its 21st year, the Estates Gazette Awards champions the boldest and most ambitious individuals and businesses driving deals, shaping towns and cities, and demonstrating the force for good that real estate can be.
With our legal team at the heart of professional services group, Gateley, residential and commercial property clients benefit from an unrivalled offering under one roof which sees our lawyers specialising in residential and commercial development, construction, planning and real estate dispute resolution, working alongside the tax specialists, surveyors, architects and engineers within our consultancy businesses. As a result, we are proud to support 18 of the top 20 UK housebuilders – on either a regional or national scale – handling approximately £2.5bn worth of residential plot sales per year, as well as supporting a range of commercial clients on industrial, retail, leisure, office, mixed-use and investment projects and real estate finance transactions.
Callum Nuttall, partner and Property Platform head, comments: “It’s a real honour to see our specialist teams recognised for their offering to the residential and commercial property sectors. As well as leading on impactful and large-scale transactions, we have continued to bolster our teams with some exceptional senior appointments, as well as supporting the next generation of talent. This, alongside our dedication to supporting our communities, including client and industry led initiatives as well as our own internal programmes, has truly enhanced our position within the industry.
“This shortlisting is testament to the hard work of our fantastic people who work tirelessly to deliver brilliant results, and we look forward to celebrating with all the worthy finalists on the night.”
The winners of all 19 categories will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place at London’s Old Billingsgate on 20 November 2025.
