We have secured a total of ten nominations across six categories at this year’s Insider Midlands Dealmakers 2025.

The nominations include:

  • Deal of the Year (sub £10m) – Sale of The Light to Risk Capital Partners with co-investment from Melcorpo
  • Deal of the Year (sub £10m) – BGF’s investment in Metric Search
  • Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m) – £38m sale of Argus Fire to Mitie
  • Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m) – NorthEdge Capital’s investment in PebblePad
  • Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m) – LDC’s investment in Deltron Group
  • Deal of the Year (£50m+) – LDC’s exit and reinvestment in Independence Governance Group
  • Deal of the Year (£50m+) – £1.3bn sale of Kee Safety Group to Inflexion and 65 equity partners
  • International Deal of the Year – £1.3bn sale of Kee Safety Group to Inflexion and 65 equity partners
