We have appointed partner Tim Wheen at our Guildford office as we continue to expand our specialist residential development team in the South.
Tim joins from Foot Anstey and brings a total of 16 years’ experience acting for housebuilders and developers on joint venture, collaboration and consortium agreements. He has vast expertise advising on strategic and immediate land matters, as well as conditional and simple contracts, overages and environmental and contamination issues.
His appointment follows recent expansion within our residential development team in London, as we continues to bolster our offering for housebuilders, developers and land promoters across the South to deliver immediate and strategic land, large-scale regeneration, urban redevelopment and private rented sector and Build-to-Rent schemes.
