We have announced 14 promotions in our Manchester office, including the appointment of four new partners.
Employment lawyer Lorna Harris, corporate lawyer Ffion Brumwell-Hughes, intellectual property lawyer Robert Lye and real estate lawyer Rachel Baker have all been made partner.
Elsewhere, banking specialist Rebecca Mills has been promoted to legal director, whilst Imogen Cox (corporate), Hannah Francois (pensions), Olivia Chester (real estate) and Richard Bailey (planning) have all been made senior associate.
They are joined by Rachel Palmer (tax) and Emily Abell (construction) who have made the step to associate.
Meanwhile, Paul Walker-Jones and James Read have both been promoted to director and Nick Coffey to senior associate at Gateley Vinden, our specialist consultancy to the built environment.
This year we are celebrating the 15-year anniversary of the opening of our Manchester office and we now employ more than 200 people at our King Street offices.
Stuart Evans and Hayley Sullivan, co-heads of the Manchester office, said: “Congratulations to all those who have been promoted and to our four new partners. These promotions are all richly-deserved and testament to the exceptional results that everybody has produced as we continue to exceed our clients’ expectations.
“The continued development and progression of our people is incredibly important to us all and we look forward to supporting them all as they continue their careers with us.”
These promotions are part of 73 announced nationwide this year, with nine made up to partner in total.
