The Board of Gateley announced a proposed final dividend of 5.0p ("Proposed Final Dividend") in the Group's Final Results, issued  on 20 July 2021 (RNS number: 7459F). A further announcement detailing the dividend timetable was issued on 6 September 2021 (RNS number: 7337K). The resolution to approve the payment of the Proposed Final Dividend was omitted from the Notice of the AGM. In its place, the Board is today declaring a second interim dividend of equal value to the Proposed Final Dividend (5.0p). This will be paid to shareholders on 8 October 2021, in line with the timetable for payment of the Proposed Final Dividend, to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 August 2021 (corresponding ex-dividend date of 26 August 2021). The Proposed Final Dividend has now been withdrawn.
