We have advised the shareholders of Sirus Automotive Limited on the business’ sale to the Allied Vehicles Group.
The deal represents the sale of the entire issued share capital of Sirus Automotive by its shareholders to the Allied Vehicles Group.
Based in Wednesbury, since 2004 Sirus Automotive has been a leading supplier of adapted vehicles for drivers and passengers with disabilities. Employing over 70 people, its offering includes new vehicles, approved used vehicles, car adaptations and aftersales. Simon Pearson remains with the business as director.
Established in 1993, the Allied Vehicles Group is the UK’s leading supplier of adapted and special-purpose vehicles. Headquartered in Glasgow and with sales and support staff UK-wide, its acquisition of Sirus Automotive will complement the group’s well-established range of accessible vehicles.
