We have advised private equity investor Maven Capital Partners (Maven) on its significant investment into Digital Rewards Group (DRG) from its new Regional Management Buyout Fund II.
Altrincham-based DRG delivers rewards and discount-led experiences to consumers of popular attractions across the UK. It is a market leader in providing discounted experiences and attractions across the UK through its Kids Pass platform, Global Hotel Pass and DaysOut dot com. The business has experienced significant net revenue growth over recent years.
Maven is a private equity investor with a strong track record in supporting technology-driven businesses. Its investment will support DRG’s expansion, strengthen its technology, data and product propositions and enable further its growth in the US market.
