We have advised leading data and technology solutions company CACI Limited on the acquisition of IdentityE2E Limited.
CACI Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CACI International Inc, is headquartered in London. The company specialises in supporting government and commercial customers in transforming their businesses through the power of people, data and technology. IdentityE2E provides specialist services in biometrics, DevOps, cloud engineering and quality assurance testing (QAT), primarily serving central government clients.
The transaction presents a strategic opportunity for both organisations to leverage their combined strengths. With CACI’s extensive resources and support, IdentityE2E will be empowered to deliver scalable and adaptive solutions, while its specialised position in the government sector enhances CACI’s capabilities in national security and critical national infrastructure.
Our team was led by partner and head of Reading corporate Andrew Peddie, strongly supported by corporate senior associate Laurel Knight, and by other colleagues in our corporate, tax, employment, IP, commercial and technology, pensions and regulatory and business defence teams.
Andrew Peddie commented: “CACI’s acquisition of IdentityE2E is yet another milestone in its impressive journey of strategic growth. I am very proud to have been CACI’s trusted external legal advisor for over two decades, and to have worked with them at Gateley since we established the Reading office in 2016, supporting them through a large number of transactions that have strengthened their position in the industry. Congratulations to both CACI and the IdentityE2E team – we look forward to the positive impact this partnership will no doubt bring.”
