We have advised CACI, the information systems and market solutions provider, on their acquisition of mission critical software engineering specialist, Deep3.
CACI are leading specialists in delivering integrated marketing, location planning, network services and technology solutions to a range of clients in different sectors.
Established in 2014 and spread across 3 UK offices, Deep3 works with their customers primarily in the national security space but also defence and law enforcement, to design and develop mission critical IT software, which helps them to overcome operational challenges.
Deep3 joins forces with CACI’s respected defence and national security team within their Information Intelligence Group. The company’s specialism in software and data engineering coupled with their collaborative, results-focussed ethos will enable CACI to become more proficient in serving their customers with leading-edge cyber-security and digital transformation solutions. The acquisition will help them capitalise on changing market conditions and demand from organisations of national importance.
Corporate partner at Gateley Legal, Andrew Peddie led the deal and was supported by Laurel Knight, Corporate solicitor.
Andrew Peddie commented: “We are pleased to complete yet another deal for CACI Limited. Our team has an excellent, long-standing relationship with CACI and I’ve worked with them on a number of deals over the years.”
